Locally and at a small college level, that could definitely be arguable. Not to take anything away from Hippeard by saying "at a small college level," either, because the much larger colleges obviously recruit at a much higher level.

I know that your post was meant to be sarcastic, but I just thought I'd voice my opinion. I think Hippeard is definitely one of the better QB's around, and he's still got another year to play.

Didn't they play in the SWAC? The Southwestern Athletic Conference.

They did for a while if I'm not mistaken..but I'm not sure that's the only one
OK, in 1960 they went independent until 1976 when they joined the SWAC. They stayed there until 96 when conference USA was formed.

Wrong--SWAC is different from SWC--the old Southwest Conference.
